Dario Minieri is a young Italian poker pro who plays heads-up SNGs on Pokerstars - and he plays a lot of poker.

Late in 2007 he became one of only three players to claim the top VIP club offering - a Porsche from FPP points, but more interesting is his earnings and his huge swings: a 4000 game $250.000 downswing and a 3500 game $600.000 upswing!!

Feeling Down?
News by vuzmanNo wonder. Today is the most depressing day of the year, according to Dr Cliff Arnall.

The date was calculated by using many factors, including: weather conditions, debt level (the difference between debt accumulated and our ability to pay), time since Christmas, time since failing our new year’s resolutions, low motivational levels and feeling of a need to take action. This date typically falls on the Monday of the last full week of January. This year, that would be today.

But cheer up, after today it's just going to get better (until June 20th, the happiest day of the year)...

When I'm 64...
News by vuzmanWell, at least combined Lazarus and I will be 64 in a weeks time or so.

We are having a party at my place in Malmö next Saturday (January 12).

We want to try something different this time, so we have booked a go-cart track and a laser shoot-out range. This means we want to start pretty early (@ 1600 hrs) and party hard until we go check out all the Swedish chicks in town.
