Elvis never did no Drugs! | Been watching quite a bit of "Penn & Teller Bullshit!" lately and I must say that this is one of the most informative programs I've ever seen. Maybe it's just great to watch my political point of view (libertarianism) being heavily featured on a TV show.
Just done watching them rip the bible apart...loved the crossover from Jesus to Elvis.
It must though be said that I do not agree with all their statements. The episode on PETA was very deficiant as they for once switched away from science and took the word of Ted Neugent and other right wing wackos as true instead. I fully see their point on animal testing, but there is alot of other factors that weight into the animal rights issue that are left by the wayside.
I'm hoping that this will become a trend, the creating of several informative and provocative TV-shows. Shows that try and cut through the bullshit!
I'll make an extra effort in getting tickets for their show at the Rio the next time the poker gods brings me to Sin City.
And remember Elvis did no drugs!! |

I'll have to agree. Most of what P&T dish out is quite informative and funny to boot. They do however fail every once in a while, and when they do it's pretty bad since the premise is to get rid of bullshit. |
