Hungary, with a population of 10 million has scat listed as the 4th most popular porn search term. I just don't believe that reflects reality

What is scat in relation to porn? Isn't it a music style ala Scatman John? It's notable that both Hungary and Romania rate "mom and son" very highly... weird people!
South Korea has some weird search terms, apart from the ethnic stuff it's shit, toilets and moms...

Scat is excrement play of some sort. I am fairly certain that stuff is considered gross by an overwhelming majority - even in Hungary, and shouldn't be anywhere close to a top 10 search term, if this data in any way represents the collective porn habits of the country.
And yeah, that "mom and son" thing also got me wondering a bit about the data
