Those damn TPS reports

Not knowing much about programming, I'm guessing that TPS-reports are a method of keeping track of office bathroom supplies (TPS perhaps being an acronym for Toilet Paper Status).
I had to do such a periodical check myself today and found levels to be well within established parameters.
If my guess is wrong, maybe someone could enlighten me.
