Having read Ari's review, I quickly raced down into my stateroom to recover my copy of The Secret and turned to Chapter 6. Alas, no shiv, whereby I was shortly apprehended by the Captain and his fearsome crew. Apparently, in some books the shiv is embedded in Chapter 7, I was informed as I walked the plank. I currently reside in the belly of a huge whale."
