Not often that I feel the need to give my opinion on something that I don't like, but this "music" reminds me of some of the bands from Nólsoy who tried out in Prix Føroyar, what I mean is that it is laughable shitty music.

They certainly are a divisive band. 'Year Zero' was chosen for 'International Hit of the Year' (2013) by Danish hard rock/heavy metal web magazine Devilution, but not all their editors agreed. This is from one of their editor's wishes for 2014: "Og igen må bedes et fadervor til Papa Eremitus og hans gøglere om at lægge dette svenske skadedyr af en dårlig musikalsk joke, Ghost, endegyldigt i graven. Eller i det mindste må de gøre maskefald af og vise, at det er Gramsespektrum, der gemmer sig bag facaden. "God pop" kalder mange det. Jeg kalder det en blanding af Sebastians Skatteøen-musical og fimsede Kashmir-vers med forloren amerikansk accent!"
Maybe Satanic Doom Pop is a better genre fit? They are not to be taken too seriously, as you will see if you check out their live performances. But yeah, they're an acquired taste.

How about some Symphonic Norwegian Black Metal then? Some of us saw these guys at Rock Im Park a few years ago, but we left after just a couple of songs, as we couldn't hear anything but noise. I don't know if the sound guy had a bad day, or the acoustics in the place was bad, or whatever, but their music is really melodic and powerful. Their early stuff is traditional Norwegian Black Metal, however, they have become more Symphonic in their later albums. This is from their 2003 album Death Cult Armageddon, which was recorded with the Prague Philharmonic Orchestra.
