This is a new thread to keep people updated about stuff happening in Copenhagen. Stuff, that's interesting to us, that is, and stuff that we are/might be going to.
Cinema, concerts, hikes, parties, or just a night out in town, or whatever we find interesting. It doesn't have to be in Copenhagen per se, but this thread is directed towards the people living in the greater Copenhagen area.
Everyone on Gongumenn is automatically invited to the events posted here.

Metallica will be playing three dates in Copenhagen next year: July 20th, 22nd, and 23rd. I think we should pick a date and buy tickets ASAP. Since there are three dates there's a good chance they won't be sold out immediately, but still. Last years concert in í…rhus had 55.000 fans, Forum has a capacity of max 10.000...
Btw, AC/DC is going on tour early next year, but they won't play in Denmark, and the closest shows (in Olso and two in Stockholm) are all sold out. AC/DC don't like us

Ticket sales started this morning at 10. One date (23rd) was sold out in less than an hour, and another date (20th) sold out after a few hours. An extra show (27th) was announced after a couple of hours.
Eight of us Gongumenn have bought tickets for the 22nd  . There are still tickets to this date, but they have announced that there are just a few left, which means that they will be gone within hours, rather than days. If you want to join us, you need to act fast.

More concert news: The Eagles will play at Malmí¶ Stadium on May 29th.
This might just be the last chance to ever see them, so I want to go. Anyone else up for that?

there is another rock the night event the 31st of january. The interesting part this time is that they have dropped the rock and moved it to Stengade 30.
