Here in denmark a guy died while trainsurfing the other day, so naturally the media has been full of trainsurfing stuff. Gongumenn is no exception.

Danish TV2 documentary about trainsurfing:

Danish guy that died (Martin Harris, alledgedly from hitting something while on the roof), here surfing and surviving prior to his demise:

This is something of a wierd topic that has people either thinking trainsurfing is utterly stupid and that trainsurfers deserve to be removed from the gene-pool in proper darwin-award style, or thinking that trainsurfing is cool because it makes you feel alive etc.

I think its cool...I think...how about you?

before you make up your mind, here is another trainsurfing vid that reminds us just how fragile life is and how quickly it can all be over:

You want to tempt the wrath of the whatever from high atop the thing?

Well as I told people who talked about this danish guy yesterday. He deserves a Darwin award.

No decision is so fine as to not bind us to its consequences.
No consequence is so unexpected as to absolve us of our decisions.
Not even death.

I'll agree with thomsen on the stupidity on trainsurfing and many other activities... I noticed another neck-breaking 'sport' called Freerunning. It looks fun! Here's one:
