Richard Hammond, one of the presenters of Top Gear, sustained serious brain injury in a high-speed (483 km/h) crash during filming for Top Gear, in September 2006, four moths ago.

After an impressive recovery, he's back, and so is Top Gear. Here's a clip of James May, Jeremy Clarkson and the Hamster joking about the crash as footage from the accident was shown:
