Clue: The Dynasty he founded, only survived 57 years after he died.

Sorry, was too preoccupied this morning to come up with a new question, but here it is:

Q: What is this castle called, and what does it have that is most certainly not typical for castles?

It is called Neuschwanstein Castle or New Swan Stone palace literally translated. It has many elements that are rather unique to it. Most different from other castles is in my opinion the false cave (or grotto) that was intended to represent a cave from Wagner’s opera “Tannhí¤user.”

Is this satisfactory?

Quick answer, I tried finding a picture that didn't look too typical of the Neuschwanstein, which is a very recognizable castle.

Your answer is satisfactory; I know the second part of the question was a bit ambiguous.

What I was actually fishing for was that this castle was the first (and if there are others, one of the very few) to be built with integrated electricity.

And running water, I believe.

Question: What is the first town formation known in North Norway called?

It is mentioned in Heimskringla, and might have been established as early as the year 800. It is also home to one of the first churches in North Norway, built approximately 900 years ago.
