It is the house from The Amityville Horror.

It is in Amityville, Long Island NY. Ronald DeFeo, Jr. shot and killed six members of his family at the house. Another family moves in, but moves out after 28 days, claiming paranormal stuff happened there. A book followed, and several movies.
