I'm gonna guess the Stable Fly (Stomoxys Calcitrans), even though I'm not sure about the markings on the abdomen.

House Fly (Musca Domestica)? This is the only image I can find that looks like your image, but I'm not convinced. I also considered the Tsetse fly, but it's not that closely related to the stable fly, and it doesn't feed exclusively on mammals.

No, again incorrect. The Musca domestica is related to Stomoxys calcitrans, but only the same family, Muscidae. The fly displayed in the post is an african cusine to the Stomoxys calcitrans.

Gimme a name on that boat I'm clueless í˜rvur, Sílid, Gongurálvur osv. just know its a boat from Havnar Rórar Felagd or something along those lines.
