September 1944. The case against Jane Rebecca Yorke.

There is a bit of dispute against this case, as some say that the case of Helen Duncan earlier in 1944, was the last case of witchcraft, and that Yorke was charged with fraud and not witchcraft. They were however both charged under the Witchcraft Act of 1735.

Correct.

Although, to be fair, people tried under the Witchcraft Act (of 1735) weren't people considered to be witches, but rather people who pretended to have the power to call up spirits, or foretell the future, or cast spells, etc., and were punished as con artists. Additionally, the sentences were not, as previously, hanging, but rather fines and imprisonment.

Unfortunately the Act was repealed by the Fraudulent Mediums Act of 1951, which only targeted fraudulent mediums...

Question: Where and when did the last casualties of World War I take place?

Last casualties: 21 June, 1919 at Scapa Flow in Orkney. Nine sailors died when the captain tried to scuttle the ship, to avoid that they fell into allied hands.

Right he is. Question yours is.

Note: He didn't 'try' to scuttle 'the' ship. The Rear Admiral in charge of the German fleet interned at Scapa Flow gave the orders to scuttle the entire fleet, to avoid it falling into British hands. Nine casualties from successfully scutling 51 (Yes, fifty-one!) out of 74 ships is not much.

Q: What is the name and country of origin, for a spider, which poison is regarded as the most deadly and which there is no antivenom in existence?

I sure am wasted, thanks for the back up smiley

I'll venture a guess at the second question nonetheless, even though it is probably far off:

Star Wars, Tunisia.
